Craigerne House is a casual and relaxed haven, a tranquil taste of the Scottish Highlands away from busy lives. An easy going and peaceful environment to be enjoyed by all.

All meals are provided using local and Scottish produce, with a focus on good health and WELLBEING. An enjoyable place to be, to chill and to relax beside an open fire, wood burner or in the garden by the fire pit.

The maximum group size is 8 and each person will have their own private en suite bedroom so single occupancy for all.

YOGA

YOGA at Craigerne House is for anyone who enjoys YOGA, for all levels including beginner.

A SUGGESTED SCHEDULE

DAY ONE, Afternoon arrival in time for an introductory YOGA session at around 5pm, followed by supper around 7pm, then a quiet private time to settle in. Maybe enjoy a glass of wine and weather permitting, sit by the garden fire pit and look at the stars.

DAY TWO, 8am YOGA, breakfast around 10am followed by a loch walk. A light lunch is available then private time before YOGA at around 5pm. Supper at 7pm then around 9pm an introdcution to MIND CALM :)

DAY THREE, 8am YOGA, followed by breakfast and then sadly, check out.

 

Taking part in all on offer is always optional and if at any time you want to just chill or take private or quiet time for yourself then no problem :)
